Founded in 1999 by still-active president Gerard Szatkowski, BASELoad Inc. has served hundreds of clients in medical provider data solutions. SOC 2 Type II certified, we pride ourselves on customer service, innovative process, and unparalleled data in the healthcare provider space.

Our office uses BASELoad and W-9 Corrections to review provider’s W-9 information for discrepancies between what we have been provided and what is registered with the IRS. We have utilized this service for several years and have found that our 1099-MISC form returns have been drastically reduced. Our returned mail for incorrect addresses on our 1099-MISC forms has declined and we did not receive a CP-2100A notice for any incorrect filing last year.
