Phase 1:
The first program we initiated was for the client to send us these 80,000 837 claims. We created provider records where necessary and matched to existing records on their claims payment system.
We sent the client the newly created provider records and they loaded them into their claims payment platform. We sent the client the 837 claims back with our Baseload proprietary unique identifier key and they re-loaded them back into the “Provider not found” queue.

Phase 2:

Why were there still 40 claims per day? Bad / missing information, undeliverable addresses, Tax IDs of all 9s are examples.
