Data Optimization
During BASELoad’s Data Optimization process, addresses are validated with the use of our internal Virtual Network. For deliverable addresses, we normalize the information to the USPS standard, which includes the correct abbreviations for words like Road and Street. We ensure that the information is in the respective Address 1, Address 2, City, and State fields. Finally, we provide payers the Zip+4 and County.
Auto Adjudication
SureHit is what we call our flagship auto adjudication service that matches incoming 837 claims/medical bills to the correct providers on the payer’s database with a 98-99% matching accuracy. During this process, if an 837 claim/medical bill does not match an existing provider, BASELoad will create a new, cleansed and address validated provider record to be loaded into the database. It is strongly recommended to implement SureHit immediately following Data Optimization because SureHit will virtually eliminate your Provider Not Found queue, which will, in turn, increase your auto adjudication rates significantly.
1099 Corrections
One of the best advantages of using our 1099 solution, is that you can stop the data entry of 1099 names. 1099 Corrections will correct your file before print and filing with the IRS. There is no need to manually enter 1099 Legal Names anymore. We supply you with an Excel spreadsheet containing all the changes we made. The 1099 Corrections solution processes quarterly files throughout the year and then processes the full file at the end of the year during live season in order to stay proactive. Once the file has been processed, 1099 Corrections will provide the client with all the corrected TIN/Combinations, addresses that could be substituted for valid addresses, reasonable cause data for W-9s, B-Notices, and second B-Notices that weren’t fixed. At the end of processing, clients send BASELoad their CP2100 reports (if there is one) for review, processing, correction or to supply reasonable cause data.
