Wow what a year! We are proud to say that 2018 was our best year yet and we are even more excited about 2019.

2018 Highlights…

We love our clients!

First, we would like to brag on our amazing clients, without them our year would not have been so successful. We would also like to say thanks for their continued partnership and support! 2018 was a year of growth and we are looking forward to building those long, lasting relationships with all our new clients.

SureHit Now

SureHit Now, our new real-time EDI provider matching service, was launched for VBA and Javalina users – which is an industry first technology. Previously, claims were sent in bulk, for daily provider matching, but now it can be integrated through your VBA or Javalina system with SureHit Now. Within seconds, BASELoad receives a web service call and returns either a newly created and fulfilled provider record or matches the claim to an existing record in VBA or Javalina system.

Worker’s Compensation

For years we have worked with TPAs, PPOs, and Health Plans, but in 2018 we made a big push to expand to the workers compensation industry and we couldn’t be happier with the response. We finished out the year by attending the National Worker’s Compensation and Disability Conference in Las Vegas, NV. It was a great learning experience and we are looking forward to exhibiting there in the Fall of 2019.

Fresh Look!

2018 was also a year of revitalization. We partnered with RevenFlo, a local marketing company, to launch our new website. We are excited about starting the new year with our new, refreshed look!  Check it out and let us know what you think. W-9 Corrections

Finally, W-9 Corrections, a BASELoad company and the innovator of the 1099 Solution, had an amazing year. Through this service we are making the crazy, stressful tax season easier and simplistic. You Send It, We Fix It, You File It!  We are proud to say that we have NEVER had a client receive a fine from the IRS.

20^th Anniversary
